First phase over in a few hours
When the first phase of villas was launched, they sold out in just a few hours. Investors and real estate brokers were attracted by the competitive prices compared with similar properties in Palm Jumeirah.

Despite a launch price almost 10% higher than the first phase, strong demand suggests that all Phase 2 stock will be sold out in record time.
